What goods can be exported from the U.S.?
Most all goods can be exported provided the proper regulations are complied with according to the U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. Department of State and the laws of the country of ultimate destination. Goods generally fall into two categories: Licensed and Non-Licensed.
Who can import products from the U.S.?
Individuals or companies may import most products as long as the proper import documents are supplied.
Are special licenses required?
In some transactions export licenses are required. This is mandatory for Defense Articles as defined by the U.S. Departments of State and Commerce.
What is required to get an Export License?
In order for us to apply for a license we must have a confirmed order and a valid import permit/license.
How are the goods delivered?
Depending on the nature of the goods and the laws of the destination country shipments are made via Air Freight, Ocean Cargo, Air Parcel Post and commercial carriers such as UPS or DHL Express.
How long does it take to get the goods?
Once the required licenses are received (when required) shipments normally take about 1 week to arrive from our warehouse.
How are orders paid for?
We accept direct bank transfers or credit cards.
Can anyone in any country import goods from the U.S.?
No. There is a list of countries prohibited from receiving goods from the U.S. Also, some countries do not permit individuals to import.
